We’ll start by reviewing your Skin Health Questionnaire, current skin routine, lifestyle habits, your concerns and goals for your skin. I will then tell you the details of your facial and products used. At the end of your appointment you will receive a copy of prescribed homecare products and a recommended treatment plan to help you reach and maintain your skin goals.

Please have a list or know the products you currently use in your current skincare routine. Please do not use or discontinue the use of exfoliating products such as alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), retinal (Vitamin A), etc. at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Please do not use or discontinue the use of any prescription or topical creams (tretinoin and/or accutane) at least 7 days prior to your treatment.

The remaining balance for your treatment will be due at the end of your treatment via Zelle only.

At Skin Rituals we want to ensure we're able to provide a relaxing treatment for the entire time booked. We understand some things are out of our control and we strive to always be considerate of these circumstances. All deposits are non refundable however they are transferable up to 30 days from initial appointment.

How to cancel: Please follow the link in your initial booking email to change or cancel your treatment 24 hours before your scheduled treatment.

Late Fees: There is no additional fee for arriving late however after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled to ensure others receive their full treatment on time.

No Show or Cancellation in less than 24 hours: you will be responsible for 100% of your treatment.
